MetaMotion Inc. (“MetaMotion” or the “Company”) legally processes the personal information of customers according to the privacy policy to protect the personal information and comply with PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION ACT and other related laws. *To comply with policies of Meta Platforms, only users with age of 10 or above are allowed to use the Company’s VR applications provided via Meta Platforms. Furthermore, the Company NEVER transmits, collects, or stores any information related to privacy or personal matters, including device motion/orientation information and biometric data, outside the VR device.

IV. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Records
The Company transfers and stores personal information in a separate database or storage for a certain period of time with respect to “III. Data Retention Policy” before destruction to follow the internal policies and relative laws, once the use of that personal information becomes no longer necessary to provide the services.
The Company destroys any electronic records in a way it cannot be recovered.
The Company destroys any paper records by shredding.

The Company transfers information to foreign entities in the course of conducting operations such as user authentication, provision of contents, collection of purchase records, collection of in-app play data, and management of user grievances.

The Company carries out the contract with User by providing services based on the platforms established by entities described above. The information transferred are necessary for operation of website and application functionalities or for management and development of Company’s services. Therefore, the user may be unable to use the application if the User refuses the transfer of personal information to foreign entities.

VI. Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Devices that Automatically Collect Personal Information
To provide individualized services and convenience to users, the Company uses cookies which store and retrieve information frequently.

X. Modification of the Privacy Policy
